This Privacy Policy explains how Send-it Healthcare Inc. ("Sendit," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit sendit.health (the "Site").
This policy covers the Site only. Sendit also operates two products, each with its own privacy policy that governs how information is handled inside that product:

1. Information we collect on the Site
Information you give us. When you fill in a form on the Site, such as the contact or demo request form, we collect what you enter. That is typically your name, email address, phone number, your organization, your role, and anything you write in a message field.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect standard technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, the time and date of your visit, and the site that referred you. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies. See section 4.
What we do not collect. The Site does not collect patient information, medical records, or other protected health information. The Site is not intended to receive that information and you should not submit it through any form on the Site.
2. How we use information
We use the information described above to respond to your enquiry or demo request, to communicate with you about Sendit products and services, to operate, secure, and improve the Site, to understand how the Site is used, and to comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information with service providers who help us run the Site and respond to enquiries, such as hosting, analytics, form handling, scheduling, and email providers. They may use it only to provide services to us. We may also share information if required by law, to protect the rights or safety of Sendit or others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information until it is updated.
4. Cookies and analytics
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to make the Site work, to remember your preferences, and to measure how the Site is used. We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for measurement. Google's own privacy policy describes how Google handles that data, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on.
Forms on the Site are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. If you do, some parts of the Site may not work as intended.
5. Links to other sites and services
The Site links to the Sendit Pulse and Sendit Gigs sites, to our scheduling provider for booking demos, and to social networks. Those sites and services have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not apply once you leave the Site.
6. How long we keep information
We keep contact and enquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you and to maintain a record of our communications, and for as long as required by law. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of our analytics provider.
7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law, and we will honor those rights where they apply.

8. Security

9. Children
The Site is intended for adults and for business use. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
